George V. Tsimoyianis, M.D.
Dr. Tsimoyianis, best known as Dr. T, established Darien Pediatric Associates in 1987 after joining Dr. Suchenski’s solo practice at its present location. While focusing his specialized care on the physical and emotional issues of teenagers and young adults to age 26, he continues to see children of all ages.

Dr. Tsimoyianis earned his medical degree at New York Medical College and completed his pediatric internship and residency at the Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY, followed by a Fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at the Schneider Children’s Hospital/LIJ Medical Center at New Hyde Park, NY. His special interests include the mental health of young adult males, eating disorders and nutrition.

Dr. Tsimoyianis is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is Board Certified in both Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine and in General Pediatrics. He holds a teaching appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at New York Medical College and is on the medical staff at Stamford Hospital. He is a member of the American Society of Adolescent Psychiatry and the AAP Section on Adolescent Health and has served as a consultant to the Stamford and Norwalk High Schools School Based Health Centers.

Dr. T, a resident of Westport, is ranked among the Top Doctors in Connecticut 2016 by Castle Connolly for excellence in his specialty. He is fluent in Greek, and enjoys hiking, gardening and painting.


John M. Dubaz, M.D.

Dr. John Dubaz grew up in New York City and attended Millbrook School before receiving his AB degree in Physical Sciences from Harvard College. He then attended St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at Bridgeport and Yale-New Haven Hospitals serving as Chief Resident in his final year.

Dr. Dubaz joined Darien Pediatric Associates in 1989. He is on the medical staff at Stamford Hospital, and holds a teaching appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is Board Certified in Pediatrics.

Dr. Dubaz is a member of the Connecticut Chapter of the AAP Committee on School Health and has served as School Physician for Stamford Public Schools. He is particularly interested in learning problems and ADHD in elementary school children. He enjoys basketball, bicycling and skiing and is fluent in Italian and also speaks Spanish.


Lauren Bader, M.D.

Dr. Bader is the newest member of Darien Pediatrics, joining the group in the summer of 2015. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is Board Certified in Pediatrics. Dr. Bader is on the medical staff at Stamford Hospital and Norwalk Hospital.

Dr. Bader graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Neuroscience from Muhlenberg College and went on to receive her medical degree from New York Medical College. She continued her medical training in pediatrics and completed her pediatric residency at Maria Ferrari Children’s Hospital in Westchester.

She is especially interested in infant health care and counseling new parents. Dr. Bader grew up in Weston and currently resides in Greenwich with her husband and their dog, Lexi. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys skiing, spending time on the water and traveling. Dr. Bader also speaks Spanish.
